View account information
From the Utility Billing homepage, click an account number link in the Accounts table. The Account Overview page loads.
Account Detail tab - Displays your current account status and summary. May also show recent bills, payment arrangements, contracts, and deposits for the selected account.
Transaction History tab - Displays transaction history for the selected date range. Use the To and From dropdowns to select a date range.
Address Info tab - Displays the address information your service provider has on file for your account.
Note: Updating information immediately updates data in the Incode software.
Account Info tab - Displays the account information your service provider has on file for your account. If a field is editable, you can type over the current information and click Save Changes to update your information for the service provider.
Consumption tab - Displays a consumption chart for your service. If your service provider is set up to use the Account chart, the chart displays consumption for the most recent billing cycle from the current year compared to consumption from the same billing cycle of the previous year for your account. If your service provider is set up to use the Comparison chart, the chart displays the average consumption of residents in the same billing class compared to consumption for your account for the most recent billing cycle.
Average Monthly Payment tab - If your account is set up for average monthly payments, this tab displays average monthly payment information, the amount necessary to settle your account, and a graph of your average monthly payments from the past year.
